The Out Barn is a barn venue at Clough Bottom, near Waddington and Clitheroe. Couples take exclusive use of the whole estate from Friday to Sunday. The indoor ceremony space seats up to 150, and there are two outdoor ceremony spots, Pendle View and the Fairy Bridge, each with an indoor backup. Up to 150 can sit down to eat and up to 200 can attend the evening. Accommodation for 27 guests is included, across a farmhouse, two cottages and five lodges. Catering is booked separately from an approved list of caterers. Dogs on a lead are welcome. Intimate weddings for 4 to 25 guests run Monday to Thursday and start from £2,160, including a two-night stay.
