About The Clock Tower

The Clock Tower is a ceremony room run by Lancashire's registration service, on the second floor of Clitheroe Library on Church Street, with views across the Ribble Valley. It holds up to 45 people. The room is reached by lift, and level access is from York Street at the side of the library. Ceremonies are held on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays between 10am and 3.30pm, and the room is closed on bank holidays. There is restricted two-hour on-street parking outside the library. It is a ceremony venue only, so the wedding breakfast and evening party take place elsewhere. Bookings are made through the ceremonies officer before giving notice of marriage.
