The Red Pump Inn

The Red Pump Inn is a country inn dating from 1756 in the hamlet of Bashall Eaves, with views towards Pendle Hill. Weddings take place in a large hand-built timber yurt in the field in front of the inn, linked to it by a lit walkway. Booking a wedding gives the couple exclusive use of the whole inn, including the bar, garden, 8 bedrooms, 4 glamping yurts and 2 shepherd huts, and all accommodation must be booked for the wedding night. Couples can use the inn's kitchen for a formal meal or bring in caterers, street food, hog roasts or barbecues, while drinks are supplied only by the inn. Day guest numbers run from 40 to 80. The brochure lists Saturday venue hire with the yurt at £5,750 for the 2025 season. Dogs are accepted at the inn's discretion.
